What is a Limited Company?

A limited company is a corporation where the shareholders liability is limited by the shares that they hold. The company is owned by its members and run by the directors.

Can I choose any name for my company?

You can choose any name you want for your company providing that no other company has already registered that name. Our free name check will check it for you by using the Companies House list.

What is a registered address?

A registered address is an address where documents can be delivered to the company. It has to be recognised by the Post Office. We offer this service to our address based in Northampton where your post is forwarded on to you accordingly. Please note that there is a charge of 0.75p per item that has to be forwarded.

How long does the formation of my company take?

With our simple online service your company can be fully formed within a few hours of you registering all the relevant details; providing that Companies House accepts your request.

When will I receive the hard copies of my documents?

We guarantee to ship your documents via Royal Mail First Class Post within 5 working hours of your company being incorporated with Companies House.

When will I receive my £25 cash back?

You will receive your cash back as soon as we have received payment and confirmation from the bank itself that you are using the business bank account. It will be refunded to the card used previously usually within 2 working days.

What if I am not completely satisfied with the service provided?
