Why do CheapFormations provide a FREE company formation service?

Many businesses are interested in speaking to new start up companies in the hope of securing sales and a relationship with these new companies, and Barclays as a business bank are one such business. We have secured a deal with Barclays that means they are prepared to pay the cost of forming your start-up company in return for you opening your business bank account with them.

It is important to realise that they will naturally only pay us the charges for the company formation subject to the business bank being successfully opened and you start trading through that account. This means that you will initially need to pay the company formation charges but as soon as Barclays pay us we will refund the charges back to your payment card. The process is as follows;

• You place your company formation order through our website as normal selecting our Free Formation service. Once your company is incorporated we pass your new company details to a bank representative who will contact you directly.
• As soon your business bank account is open please confirm this with us by email and we will request confirmation from the bank.
• We receive payment from the bank and refund the transaction to your card within 2 working days of receiving the payment from the bank.
