We guarantee to have your company number with you by email within 12 working hours with our standard service or 4 working hours if you opt for our guaranteed same day service.
Where applicable we guarantee to ship your company paperwork and certificate to you by Royal Mail first class post within 5 working hours of your company being incorporated with Companies House.
If we fail to meet these guarantees simply email sales@cheapformations.com and if it is clear we have not performed what we promised to do we will be happy to refund the entire value of your order back to your card.
The small print that cannot be avoided;
We cannot honour this guarantee if any of the following occur;
- You fail to provide accurate information for the formation of your company which results in Companies House rejecting your order.
- If, for whatever reason, your order fails our security checks and is held for manual inspection by one of our team.
- Your email client or internet service provider blocks our email to you as spam or similar!
Working hours are deemed as a standard working day in the UK, usually Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas Closure, and between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
